PXD059883

PXD059883 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomics of wild-type C. elegans at 15 °C, 20 °C and 25 °C
DescriptionModerate cold temperature is one of the most effective mechanisms to extend lifespan in C. elegans. TO understand the molecular mechanisms of cold-induced longevity, we analyzed differences in protein expression comparing day-5 adult C. elegans grown at cold (15 °C), 20 °C (standard) and warm (25 °C) temperatures after development.
