Title	In-lysate thermal proteome profiling of DeltaTag (compound 6a)
Description	Biological triplicates of Jurkat cells lysates were treated with DeltaTag (compound 6a) or DMSO for 15 min at 37 degree Celsius. Each sample was split into 9 aliquots each and incubated at 9 different temperatures between 37 and 67 degree Celsius and the soluble fractions were quantified relatively to the lowest temperature with mass spectrometry-based analysis using TMTpro 18-plex label.
