TitleIdentification of YTHDF1-binding proteins by mass spectrometry
DescriptionHEK293T cells were stably overexpressed with FLAG-YTHDF1 protein, and the cell lysate was immunoprecipitated with FLAG agarose beads and then subjected to SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. The gel was silver stained and then mass spectrometry was performed. The data include two replicates.
