PXD059538 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic Profiling of AVF Remodeling in Mice
DescriptionThis project investigates proteomic changes in vascular remodeling at post-operative day 7 in male mice subjected to arteriovenous fistula (AVF) creation compared to sham-operated controls. Using bulk sequencing, differentially expressed proteins and enriched pathways will be identified to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying early AVF remodeling. The study aims to uncover key proteins and signaling pathways driving these processes, providing insights into potential therapeutic targets to improve AVF maturation and long-term outcomes.
