PXD058991 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProtein interaction partners of C. elegans cap-specific mRNA (nucleoside-2'-O-)-methyltransferases CMTr-1 and CMTR-2.
DescriptionRNA epigenetic modification at cap-adjacent 2’-O-ribose methylation (cOMe), which occurs on the first and second transcribed nucleotides of RNAs is highly conserved and is catalysed by the cap-adjacent methyltransferases CMTr1 and CMTR2 and We are studying CMTr-1 and CMTr-2 in C. elegans. Immunoprecipitation of endogenous, GFP-tagged CMTr-1 and CMTR-2 proteins reveal that CMTr-1 affinity purifies with splicing factors, RNA processing factors and RNA binding proteins.
