TitleTMT Proteomics in Z9 and E9 under Salt Stress
DescriptionThe impact of soil salinity on the growth, development, and yield of upland cotton. To elucidate the molecular mechanism of salt tolerance in upland cotton seedlings, proteomic methods were employed to study the proteomic characteristics of upland cotton leaves at the three-leaf stage after 12 hours of 0.4% NaCl stress, and candidate proteins related to salt tolerance were subsequently screened.
