Description	Investigation of RNA-dependent proteins in the yeasts S.pombe and S.cerevisiae by using density gradient ultracentrifugation combined with mass spectrometry. The data consisted of three independent biological replicates of the corresponding wild-type strains. The analysis includes both a control group and a sample treated with RNases to identify RNA-dependent proteins.
