PXD058399

PXD058399 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTMT-labeled quantitative proteomes of nine tick bodies
DescriptionThe analysis workflow of this project mainly comprises two stages: mass spectrometry experiment and data analysis. The analysis process of the mass spectrometry experiment mainly involves steps such as protein extraction, enzymatic digestion of peptides, TMT (Tandem Mass Tag) labeling, chromatographic fractionation, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) data acquisition, and database searching. Subsequently, bioinformatics analysis is performed on the data obtained after database searching. The analysis mainly includes identification analysis, differential expression analysis, and functional analysis, etc.
