PXD058372 is an
original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | SYP-4 phosphoproteomics characterization |
Description | The deletion of the last 114 amino acids of SYP-4 introduced severe defects in crossover regulation during meiosis I in C. elegans. Many processes during meiosis are regulated by post-translational modifications. Therefore, we aimed at identifying putative phosphorylation sites within the last 114 amino acids of SYP-4 by mass spectrometry to later test their functionality. |
