PXD058233 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleLolium perenne wet fractionation
DescriptionQuantitative proteomics on fate of proteins during the initial biorefining step (wet fractionation) of cultivated lolium perenne. In this study, the ex vivo antioxidant activity of fractionated L. perenne green juice protein is investigated, and responsible effectors are evaluated. Moreover, the study provides the first comprehensive proteomic analysis of L. perenne and provides insights on the fate of individual proteins during the first step of a biorefinery process. This dataset includes raw and processed data from the initial crude fractions (raw biomass, pulp, and green juice).
