| Description | To explore the proteins that interacted with DPP3 in breast cancer cells, MCF-10A cells stably overexpressed DPP3-Flag were lysed with NP-40 lysis buffer and co-immunoprecipitation with anti-Flag antibody magnetic beads. The sample was verified by western blot, and LC-MS/MS was performed to identify proteins in the Co-IP sample. |
