PXD057108 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleArabidopsis AGO1 interactome under Cu deficiency and Cu sufficiency
DescriptionIn this project we look for AGO1 protein interactors in pAGO1-TST-AGO1 (Col-0) transgenic plants grown under Cu deficiency or under cu sufficiency. TST-AGO1 complexes were affinity purified and proteins were identified by tandem MS.
