PXD057101 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTumor-Derived Exosomal CCT6A Serves as a Matchmaker Introducing Chemokines to Tumor-Associated Macrophages in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma
DescriptionCCT6A is a key subunit of the TRiC complex and is responsible for the folding and maturation of approximately 10% of newly synthesized proteins in cells. Given that different TRiC subunits exhibit substrate specificity, we hypothesized that CCT6A might act as a specific binding subunit. To test this hypothesis, we performed interactome analysis to identify proteins that interact with CCT6A. Among the identified binding partners, seven out of eight CCT subunits were detected, confirming the reliability of the interactome
