PXD057071

PXD057071 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleBetulinic acid production with engienered Scerevisiae CENPK BA6
DescriptionBetulinic acid production in fed-batch fermentation of S. cerevisiae engineered for the recombinant production of this triterpenoid halts after approx. 100 hours. To investiate the reasons for this phenomenon,we performed proteomics analyses on cells sampled at various time point of the fermentations, which were run with either glucose or ethanol as the carbon source.
