Description	Dictyostelium discoideum O-Ser-fucosylated proteins from WT and SPY-KO developing cells (slugs) were immunoprecipitated using anti O-Ser fucose polyclonal antibodies in 3 Biological Replicates, with 3 Technical Replicates each, by comparing AX3 (WT strain) against SPY-KO (mutant, deficient in O-fucosylation).
