DescriptionThe aim of this study was to extract and study the AsA content of prickly pear at different growth stages. At the same time, transcriptomics and proteomics were used to identify key genes and proteins that regulate AsA changes at different growth stages of Roxanthus Roxanthus. In addition, we also constructed a map of AsA accumulation mechanism to elucidate the accumulation mechanism and regulatory pathway of Rosa Roxanthus with high AsA accumulation. This study not only clarified the physiological and molecular mechanism of AsA accumulation in prickly pear, but also provided scientific and theoretical basis for future research on AsA accumulation in Prickly pear. This is of great significance to improve the added value of Roxburgh pear products and industrial upgrading.
