Dataset Summary
TitleThe INO80 chromatin remodeling complex regulates histone H2A.Z mobility and the G1-S transition in oligodendrocyte precursors
DescriptionThis project explores the role of the chromatin remodelling complex in oligodendrogial development using a series of tools including conditional disruption of the INO80 gene within mice and primary oligodendrocyte precursors. This experiment sought to understand whether INO80 complex proteins interact with a major oligodendrocyte-specific transcription factor, OLIG2. OLIG2 was immuno-precipitated from cultured oligodendrocyte lineage cells differentiated from primary E13.5 cortical neural stem cells. Immunoprecipitated samples were then analysed for protein interaction partners via mass spectrometry.
