PXD055920 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | In vitro RuBisCO partial digest for In vivo transformations of positively charged nanoparticles alter the formation and function of RuBisCO photosynthetic protein corona manuscript |
Description | Peptide samples were first lyophilized followed by resuspending in 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) and cleaned and concentrated using StageTips. Samples were then lyophilized again and resuspended in 0.1% formic acid (FA)/ 5% acetonitrile (ACN) followed by injecting into a UltiMateTM 3000 RSLCnano System coupled to a Q Exactive HF-X mass spectrometer. |
