PXD055575 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleAnalysis of type IV collagen alpha chain ratios in Caenorhabditis elegans
DescriptionCRISPR / Cas-9 mediated homologous recombination was used to fuse type IV collagen alpha chains (EMB-9 and LET-2) with the fluorescent proteins mNeonGreen and mRuby2 in Caenorhabditis elegans. L1 to L3 larvae were collected and processed for mass spectrometry. The goal of this study was to compare the abundance of each chain. The Caenorhabditis elegans strains used in this study were NK3077(qy228 [let-2::mNG] X ; qy244 [emb-9::mRuby2] III) and NK3083 (qy216 [let-2::mRuby2] X ; qy236 [emb-9::mNG] III).
