TitleTMT-based quantitative proteomics analysis of main stem proteins of Nicotiana benthamiana uncovers a complex array of changes during tobacco curly shoot virus and associated betasatellite (TbCSV/TbCSB) infection
DescriptionWe collected the bending main stem from N. benthamiana plants infected with Y35AB (TbCSV+β) and the corresponding non-bending main stem from plants infected with Y35ABm (TbCSV+βD92A). We then performed TMT-based quantitative proteomics to determine the proteome-wide expression profiles in main stem of N. benthamiana.
