Description	Pseudoalteromonas distincta ANT/505 was cultivated with different fructose-containing substrates (inulin, levan from plants, bacterial levan, inulin-derived oligosaccharides, sucrose and fructose) and α-glucans (pullulan and its building block maltotriose) as a control. Whole cell proteomes were analyzed.
