PXD054947 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleSystems analysis of photoprotection across the diurnal cycle in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii
DescriptionA comprehensive understanding of diurnal regulatory circuits of synchronized, photoautotrophic Chlamydomonas populations interfacing with light levels varying from low light (50 umol photons m-2 s-1), medium light (200 umol photons m-2 s-1), and high light (1000 umol photons m-2 s-1) in 12 h light/12 h dark cycles was gained through transcriptomic and proteomic data, revealing a rhythmic gene expression program acclimated to low and high diurnal light via photosystem abundance, thylakoid architecture, and non-photochemical quenching that persist through the night, suggesting anticipation of the daylight environment.
