Description | Protein from astrocytes of 6-month-old AD and WT mice (n=3) was extracted and digested using the iST kit (PreOmics) following the manufacturer's protocol. For label-free LC-MS analysis, samples were loaded onto a 25 cm C18 analytical column (Ionopticks) at a flow rate of 300 nL/min and subjected to gradient elution using solvents A (H2O-FA, 99.9:0.1 v/v) and B (ACN-FA, 99.9:0.1 v/v).For the database search conducted using MaxQuant, utilizing the Andromeda search engine for label-free quantification (LFQ) analysis. |
