PXD054938 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleSeparation of prefractionated proteins of Kuenenia stuttgartiensis strain CSTR1 using size exclusion chromatograph after ultracentrifugation and ultrafiltration
DescriptionWe analyzed the prefractionated sample of the anammox bacterium Kuenenia stuttgartiensis strain CSTR1 after separation by size exclusion chromatograph. The prefractionated sample was obtained by first ultracentrifuging the cell extract and taking the intermediate fraction (the liquid fraction that was directly above the membrane pellet), and then ultrafiltering the intermediate fraction using 100kDa filter and taking the retained fraction.
