Title	Proteins interacting with GBP5 and RSV-SH protein
Description	HEK293T were transfected with RSV-SH-HA, GBP5-HA or VR1012(empty vector) respectively for 48 h and then harvested. Co-IP assay were performed with HA beads (Roche, catalog no. 11867423001), the elution was analyzed by mass spectrum. Mass spectrum analysis were performed by the national center for protein science (Beijing, CHN).
