PXD054572

PXD054572 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteome and phosphoproteome of erythrocyte membrane proteins in acute mountain sickness
DescriptionRed blood cells are the most abundant cell type in the human body and are mainly responsible for oxygen transport. Acute altitude sickness is common in people exposed to high altitude environment, which is often accompanied by changes in the number and morphology of red blood cells. However, the relationship between acute mountain sickness and erythrocyte membrane proteome and phosphoproteome is still unclear, which needs to be further explored.
