PXD054449 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleQuantitative proteomics upon Fentomycin treatment VS untreated in human fibrosarcoma HT1080 cells
DescriptionOur data of mass spectrometry-based lipidomics showed that fentomycin induced the oxidation of membrane lipids in HT-1080 cells compared with the established ferroptosis inducers. To deepen this discovery, we performed quantitative mass spectrometry-based proteomics using the sublethal dose of fentomycin. The human fibrosarcoma HT-1080 cells were used. N= 5 biologically independent replicates.
