Dataset Summary
| Title | Proteomic profiling of dogs diagnosed with anxiety disorder |
| Description | Mass spectrometry is generally overlooked in the veterinary field despite the potential to yield significant and meaningful data with possible clinical implications. In this study, our team used mass spectrometry to investigate differences between the proteomic profile of a group of dogs diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and a group of control/healthy/non-anxious dogs, thus allowing for inferences to be made in the biological pathways that might be involved or affected in such disorders. |
