Title	LRP6-BirA proximity labelling proteomics comparing wildtype and AP2 binding motif mutant (YYYF) LRP6 in FlpIn T-REx cells
Description	Here we generated tetracycline inducible LRP6-BirA fusion lines in T-REx FlpIn cell lines for BioID proximity labelling proteomics experiments. We compare wt and mutant (YYYF>A mutant; mutates AP2 binding motifs to alanine) LRP6 binding partners following 12hrs Biotin labelling and Wnt3a treatment.
