| Description | In this work, we have developed a simplified, fast and efficient EVs-based proteomics strategy to enable biomarker discovery for early diagnosis of CRC. By covalent conjugation of an EV-targeting probe, DSPE, to agarose beads, we achieved one-step enrichment of EVs from plasma fluids in 10 minutes without requirement of expensive equipment and reagents, demonstrating its potential and compatibility in clinical applications. |
