PXD053841 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleThe effect of acupuncture on proteomics in mice with asthenozoospermia
DescriptionAcupuncture is an important component of complementary and alternative medicine, which has been found to help improve sperm motility, improve semen quality, and ultimately enhance male fertility. However, its role and potential molecular mechanisms are still not fully understood. In this study, we aim to investigate the potential mechanism of acupuncture improving reproductive function in cyclophosphamide induced asthenozoospermia mice through proteomics.
