Description	The Wistar-Kyoto rat (WKY rat) is a widely used spontaneous model of depression. The WKY rats were subjected to oral exposure of Escitalopram solution (a first-line antidepressant) ,then hippocampus were analysed using LC-MS/MS analysis.
