Dataset Summary
TitleTurboID-mediated proximity labeling of DAF-16/FOXO in wild-type and daf-2(e1370) mutants in C. elegans
DescriptionTurboID-mediated proximity labeling of the aging and stress regulatory transcription factor DAF-16/FOXO in wild-type and daf-2(e1370) mutants in C. elegans. Endogenous DAF-16 was C-terminally tagged with the biotin ligase TurboID using CRISPR/Cas9- genome editing. In vivo proximity labeling of the DAF-16 interactome was analyzed at normal and low insulin/IGF-1 signaling conditions. The biotin-labeled DAF-16 interactome was affinity purified using streptavidin resin and analyzed with mass spec.
