Description	To gain insight into the peptide SK56 target gene profile in macrophage cells, we performed RNA-seq analysis in PMA-differentiated THP-1 cells upon LPS+nigericin with or without SK56, to analyze the signaling pathway of cell pyroptosis blocked by SK56.
