| Title | Human plasma proteomics of colorectal cancer |
| Description | We explored colorectal cancer (CRC)-related protein biomarkers by proteome-wide differential expression analysis based on a case-control design. The blood samples form 150 colorectal cancer (CRC) cases and 50 controls were collected. The blood samples from 50 individuals with advanced adenoma were also collected and analyzed in another subproject study. Plasma protein measurements were generated using the iodo Tandem Mass Tags (TMT)-6plex quantitative proteomics. |
