PXD052613 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic and Immunological Profiling of Corylus avellana Varieties Across Diverse Cultivation Regions
DescriptionHazelnut allergies became a serious clinical and social concern. The nut allergy can lead to anaphylaxis, a potentially life-threatening reaction. The aim of these studies was to compare proteomes of hazelnuts varieties and provenances cultivated worldwide in order to identify nut sources with potentially lower allergenic protein content.
