PXD052539 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleHuman DHX29 detects non-optimal codon usage to regulate mRNA expression
DescriptionTo investigate the mechanisms by which DHX29 mediates the codon usage effect, we conducted a global exploration of DHX29-interacting proteins. Mass spectrometry analysis of FLAG-DHX29 coprecipitates revealed that DHX29 interacts with various proteins of the 60S subunit, as well as the 40S subunit. We showed a volcano plot comparing the FLAG-DHX29-bound proteome over the controls (n=3 biological replicates).
