PXD052338 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleThe jumbo phage killer immune system targets early infection of nucleus-forming jumbo phages
DescriptionWe profiled the proteomics of jumbophage phiKZ infected Pseudomonas aerugionsa cells to understand the effect of a newly discovered bacterial immune system (named jumbophage killer or Juk) on phiKZ early infection. Specifically, Juk+ and Juk- P. aeruginosa cells were infected with phiKZ at MOI 2.5. Infected cells were collected at five minutes post-infection and prepared for proteomics analysis.
