PXD052320
PXD052320 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | Proteome changes of soybean leaves after 24 h of 300 mM Nacl stress |
Description | Salt stress poses a major challenge to plant growth and restricts agricultural development. In order to further study the complex mechanism of soybean response to salt stress, this study explored the pathways and regulatory networks of soybean salt tolerance from transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics. It is hoped that the multi-omics analysis technique will shed valuable insight into the mechanisms of salt tolerance and also identify potential targets as candidate genes for future crop improvement. |
