PXD052283

PXD052283 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleSuperoxide-induced covalent modifications of bovine serum albumin by QMP-SO
DescriptionWe have developed QMP-SOs, a new class of superoxide-specific probes capable of proximity labelling and chemoproteomic profiling of proteins associated with superoxide redox biology. In this experiment, we performed shotgun proteomics experiment to investigate covalent modifications of amino acid on bovine serum albumin (BSA) by QMP-SO in a superoxide-dependent manner.
