PXD052252

PXD052252 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTusA influences Fe-S cluster assembly and iron homeostasis in E. coli by reducing the translation efficiency of Fur
DescriptionTo investigate the influence of iron and the ΔtusA and ΔmnmA deletion mutations on the overall protein abundance, a detailed proteomic analysis was performed. Cells of both strains and the corresponding BW25113 parental strain were cultivated in medium with KNO3 as electron acceptor and iron was removed from the medium by the addition of 150 M 2,2-DIP.
