PXD051733 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleOptimizing Workflow Efficiency for Analyzing Low Molecular Weight Endogenous Peptides in Colostrum
DescriptionEndogenous peptides(EPs) were extracted and analysed from colostrum using four distinct peptide extraction methods, previously employed for EPs extraction from other bodily fluids. The efficiency of these methods was systematically compared and analysed to identify the most effective extraction technique for maximizing the identification of low molecular weight EPs from colostrum.
