TitleProteomic profiling for isolated human peripheral blood neutrophils treated with HRG and tPA
DescriptionIn this study, neutrophils isolated from human peripheral blood were cultured with PBS, tPA(10μg/ml) or tPA+HRG (0.5μm) for 2.5 hours at 37 ° C . Then, neutrophils were collected for proteomic analysis (n=6). Blood sample collection has been approved by Tianjin Medical University General Hospital Ethics Committee, and collection was conducted according to the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all participants, and all experiments were conducted in accordance with Chinese laws and institutional guidelines.
