DescriptionHere, we identified proteins and phosphosites that were differentially regulated during infection with the Omicron variant using cardiac proteomics and phosphoproteomics. Our results demonstrate alterations in the global landscape of the cardiac proteome and phosphoproteome following infection with an Omicron variant in different cardiac regions
