PXD051559

PXD051559 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleMass spectrometry of plasma extracellular vesicles before and after exercise
DescriptionWe aimed to identify changes in the proteome of extracellular vesicles released into circulation by 7 recreationally active endurance running-trained healthy females after a bout of 60-min incremental treadmill exercise. Blood samples were collected immediately before and after exercise and extracellular vesicles were isolated from plasma by size exclusion chromatography. The samples were then analyzed by mass spectrometry proteomics.
