PXD051371 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleNLRC5 IP-MS in neonatal mouse cardiomyocyte lysates
DescriptionThe neonatal mouse cardiomyocytes (NMCMs) lysate was immunoprecipitated using either IgG (control) or anti-NLRC5 antibody. Immunoprecipitated samples were subjected to SDS-PAGE followed by high-throughput LC/MS to identify the candidate interacting proteins of NLRC5.
