PXD050979

PXD050979 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleSecretome analysis of ferroptotic Pfa1 cells
DescriptionPfa1 cells undergo ferroptosis upon induction of knockout of the glutathione peroxidase 4 via tamoxifen treatment. Ferroptosis is a recently discovered, iron-dependent mode of cell death, whose potency to evoke an immune response in the surrounding tissue remains to be clarified. The goal of this project is to analyze newly translated protein components in the secretome of ferroptotic Pfa1 cells in order to identify immunogenic components on the protein level via a click chemistry based approach
