Title	Quantitative proteomics analysis of cumulus cells from the young and old mice
Description	Cumulus cells from the young and old mice were subjected to the TMT6 labeling, HP-RP fractionation, and LC-MS/MS analysis. Cumulus cells surrounding 375 oocytes were collected in each of the three biological replicates. Raw files were analyzed using MaxQuant software.
