PXD050654 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleComparison of immune effector cells for CAR-engineering
DescriptionThis study generated ErbB2-specific CAR-T and CAR-CIK (cytokine induced killer) cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells by lentiviral transduction. Transduced and untransduced parental cells were co-incubated with the human rhabomyosarcoma cell line Rh30 for 24 hours, harvested and washed twice. CD45+ (CD45PacificBlue, BioLegend) effector cells were isolated via FACS (BD FACS Aria 3), spun down and stored at -80 °C for analysis via LS-MS.
