PXD050485 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleCombination of in vivo and in vitro phosphoproteomics determines the PP2A target repertoire and its role in regulating protein translation
DescriptionIn this project we performed data-independent acquisition mass spectrometry (DIA-MS) to study the regulation of phosphosites by protein phosphatases. In in vivo (in cellulo) and in vitro experiments were performed, three biological replicates per condition.
